Gumdiggers Park

Ancient Buried Kauri Forest

Located at 171 Heath Road, Waiharara, Gumdiggers park  has an amazing bush walk passing by many gum holes and ancient Kauri logs.

The area has been an gum field over 100 years and has a Kauri log that is 120,000 years old.

Kā Uri

235 State Highway 1, Awanui

Ka-Uri Unearthed the home of sustainable ethically sourced ancient Kauri. Swamp Kauri is unique as the oldest known workable timber in the world.
